nice date=lots of LSCS cases..

too busy to blog..
everyday is like a torture at work..
everyday scrub til i sian ya..
been thinkin alot nowadays..
probably baby's relatives really inspire me alot..
short conversation wif em really can change one's mindset..
mayb i wanna go oversea to work b4 marriage,i'm glad tat baby has been super supportive..
i hope i can get a degree in nursing soon after my bloody bond ends..
i got alot of stuffs tat i hope to achieve n tml i'm gonna make a new start to my life..
i wanna make my parents proud..
i wanna earn more $$..
i wanna strive hard for our future..

a very auspicious date according to chinese..
it's oso chu 8 according to e lunar calendar..
it causes those expecting mums to choose to have their baby born via caesearn section at a auspicious timing/date..or even admit to hospital jus to induced baby so tat baby can be "forced" to be born on today..

eg: pt requested baby to be out 0n 08.08.08 ,8.08am..
a bit ridicuious??
jus felt tat as long baby's healthy,any timing is fine wif me..


work was hectic due to e date..lotsa caesearn cases thru out e day esp morning..


was wondering any mums gonna fight for the 1st baby born on national day ltr when e clock gonna strike 12 midnite..

haha...

Happy Nurses Day 2008 !!

every 1st of august..
is Nurses Day!!!!
it's my day...
haha..

as usual..our hospital,my dept will have a "massive" celebrations..

my dept celebrated earlier,we celebrated on e 28th july..
lotsa vendors frm those surgicial appliances company/surgeons or anaesthetist doc,supply us wif food or flowers..
lotsa lotsa FOOD...when i mean lotsa,it's really lotsa !!!!!!!!
we were each given a goodie bag wif a rose each..the rose was frm some vendor which i do not know..
there were actually programs for e nurses b4 e buffet starts but we e afternoon girls were too busy wif e cases going on in e theatre so we onli managed to join em during e buffet,sad tat we missed e shows..

there were food like:
-pizza
-donuts
-muffins
-curry chix
-sambal fishballs
-spring rolls
-sandwich
-nonya kuehs
-fried beehoons
-old chang kee food
-freid chix wings
-choco elcairs
-lychee
-longans
-bualugus
-a variety of cakes
i forgot if there's some more..
really alot of food la

on e 31st july was e celebrations of nurses day in e whole KKH..
was my off day but i went down to join in e fun..
baby came along too..
e buffet spread at e podium was tasteless but e programs at e auditorium was great!!
had alot of fun..











i must have eaten like at least 3 diff types of cakes daily eversince i stared working frm my AL..
e cakes was nice..
den on e nurses day itself,there were even clowns tat came down to wish us ..
they were a bundle of joy..
so heartwarming n we were touched man..
