my one wk KKH OT posting has finally end..tat means thai trip is approachin too..i'm so so excitied..let me say smthg abt e posting den..

-e staff was gd
-e lecturer was gd gentle..MR CHAN
-e sister was friendly n gd
-e exposure was gd....

everything was gd at KKH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all thumbs up !!!! jus tat it's a bit troublesome for those dipolma NYP stud cos our lunch are not provided by de hospital unlike those adv dip studs cos they scrub cases but we onli assist..therefore we need to buy our own food,to buy our own food is alright for me it's jus tat to buy food at e kopitiam during lunch was superb troublesome cos we need to change out of e scrub suit to go eat n need to change back into e scrub suit again after lunch..troublesome right?? but it was fun la.. saw n learn so much stuff n was glad to be a scrub nurse n i got e chance to be e scrub nurse for 2 cases of THBSO ..

-CA staging

-myomectomy
-huge fibroids..i really mean huge,something like half a pillow size one..huge right?? i didn't lie..
-cysts, lap. removal of cysts n they hav a amazing way to shape e cyst to noodles like n removed it thru e scope..
-laser circumcision
-repair of auicular cysts-hernia repair +++++saw a lot n was amaze on how they are done..

of all those op i've seen ,i luv LSCS cos i like e feelin of witnessing a new life being brought to e world..lookin at e newborns really brighten my days..i luv babies n my baby zane.. haha i was pondering to myself,next time if i were to give birth, which way shld i choose???

A MCQ QNS:

a) normal delievery wif a epiptomy,cutting my membrane which can result in a flabby vagina in e future???

b) LSCS wif epidural at e lumbar region , wif e deep wound n experienicing a massive bleeding process but i'll be able to see e baby a e 1st hand n feel it's presence??

c)LCSC wif GA so that i won't hear wat e doc is discussing abt but i can't witness e birth of my baby at e 1st moment??

i thought of tis for so long n i'm still thinkin..

and i oso hate to smell de charred burning of skin when e surgeon use lasers n diathermap during op..sucky smell..i oso hate e pervert techican which say wat sex stuff to me when i ask him e reason of a circumcision op..still dare to ask me i married anot n talk so much cock abt sex to me..jus feel so unfortable to discuss such stuff wif him.. n i pity a pt when her uterus n ovaries were send to e lab for frozen section while she was under GA n we were told tat she were having CA of the uterus leadin to e need of removing her uterus,and somemore she was a bride to be next mth..how sad to hear tat,means she won't be able to have any kids in e future..so sad right..really pity her..

i think most likely,when i grad i might get into op dept cos they are having a shortage of staff n we,bonded studs are not allowed to choose ya..nvr mind..depends on fate den.. op dept oso not bad la,meals provided n onli 5 days wks ya...
